The VIS9® is an WEB Operating system. The system is builded since 1998 by Patrick F. Quincy. The system has its own rules and it is builded with ARMY technology which provides 100% stability.

The VIS9® stands for Versatile Information System version 9. System CORE runs at PHP since version PHP5 till latest versions (so it is PHP8 compatible). Mostly recomeded is Google Chrome Browser but system works with Firefox, Safari, Opera and Microsoft®EDGE also.

The system does not require any updates or permanent connetion to internet.
